I'm making my first PC and would like to make sure if there's any sort of compatibility issues.

Do you think you will ever purchase a 1080 Ti? It needs a 600W or better quality PSU. Seasonic also has a 650W Focus Gold PSU. As the build sits there aren't any issues. The more powerful PSU is just an option.

The cooler will fit and be good enough for the build.

I might add in a WD Blue 1TB drive.

People will say you need an SSD!!!!! I disagree. At this budget the $100, more or less, will shorten the boot time, game load times, speed up Windows nav and it quickens productivity tasks. But it won't help your FPS one bit.

I highly doubt it. Maybe in like two or three years if i'd be a must.

The PSU isn't an issue then. You picked one of the best ones out there so it'll make your hardware happy and will operate safely even when the CPU, GPU and RAM are significantly overclocked.
