Deepcool fan hub

Hello, i am new here but i wanted to ask a question about the deepcool fan hub. I recently biult my new pc and i was using gigabyte b360m h mobo that has a cpu fan header and a sys_fan header but my case has 3 fans with 3 pins so i bought the deepcool fan header to solve the problem. But the thing is that when i plug in everything using both headers none of my case fan spin. So any information would help. Thanks

Can you possibly try out the fan hub in another rig? Have you checked the Bios for specific settings to the fan headers?
I would possibly approach the Deepcool support if the above is not feasible.

I conected the main deepcool header to the mobo because it said so in the instructions

The second header works ok with one fan plugged in the fan spins but when i try the fan hub the fans dont work

Its the same when i plug it in the cpu header or the sys_fan header

Ya theres nothing about fan header settings in the bios i reached out to the deepcool support and they told me it could be that the hub is broken or smth so i will go get it replaced but thanks for your effort though
