Noob headphone/headset knowledge
Background:
Ever since my Astro A40s or 50s (don't remember which one I had) broke.
I've had one headset with a mix amp and one without, both were Astros. The A50s mic iirc, kept breaking after repeatedly getting new A50s.
Now:
I'd like to have a different pair more these reasons:
-Over-the-ear
-comfortable
-durable
-can use for FPS (hearing footsteps)
-music
-movies
-leaning towards detachable wires and not completely wired
I've been looking around and for gaming, open-ear are good for natural/immersive sounds with hearing footsteps for FPS. Would the quality be great for music and movies as well or is that targeted for closed-ear? I've never had open-ear headphones/headset.
