I want an opinion from you guys, is this a good PC to build? This is my first build ever and I need your opinion; I am on a budget. The games I'm wanting to play is Fortnite at 60 fps med-max settings. Minecraft at 100+ fps. Also games like gta 5, battlefield 1, and rainbow 6 siege. Will these specs fulfill or exceed what I am wanting to use it for?

CPU- amd r7 1700x
Motherboard- msi b350
HDD- 2 TB HGST
Graphics Card- RX 480 4GB
Power Supply- Corsair CX650M 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze ATX Modular Power Supply
Tower- Corsair Carbide 100R

So that mobo should support the things I'd like it too right? I mean like it will do what I'm wanting it to well?

I'd hope so, it has all the basic features as well as M.2 SSD support if you wanted to add one in later on. The only "downside" is that the CPU and motherboard are locked so no CPU overclocking however the CPU does have turbo boost and will increase performance as needed. In single core/quad core performance it even beats out the 1700 however with the Ryzen CPU's you do have the additional cores/threads for multitasking or streaming if needed.

I won't be streaming and/or recording or anything like that so i don't particularly need the multitasking.. Awesome build thank you!
