Hey! I have got 2xKingston 4GB 2133 Value RAM. I wanted to overclock 2133 to 2400 to squeeze max performance out of these cheap rams but I am extremely concerned about the warranty! WIll overclocking the value RAM void my warranty? TIA!
Pretty much any DDR4 chip can go from 2133 to 2400 without even changing sub timings. You have to really get bottom of the barrel dimms to not achieve 2400. You shouldn't even have to change the voltage from 1.2 .
There is no way to tell if you overclocked it so go for it. However it is much more of a hassle to get it stable than the time it takes. Just don't tell Kingston when the sticks die.
Overclocking anything voids the warranty when overclocked out of rated (or approved) specs from the manufacturer. This is nothing new among not only memory but CPUs and GPUs as well. You are also taking a risk of causing memory errors and system crashes depending on not only the quality of your memory but your motherboard as well.

One thing before you even try to OC RAM kits.
DDR4 RAM speed on non-Ryzen/Threadripper platform plays almost to no role in PC overall performance especially in game FPS.
Your effort and risks are close worthless.
