I recently got an CBN CH6541E cable modem/router from my internet provider which has both 2.4 and 5 GHz capabilities but I also have a Netis WF2411D 2.4GHz wifi router. My question is can I use both the CBN router in 5GHz or dual band 2.4/5 GHz mods and at the same time the Netis router because it has better signal range(8 dB external antena)? They will be about 1.5-2m apart from each other and be connected with LAN cable. Will the signals interfere with one each other?

You can use both, if you want you can set the channel they operate on to minimize interference. If you have an adroid phone download this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer it will give you a clear idea of the power output and channel for both routers.
