Going to be buying a build soon, one of the components is 16GB of RAM which has a frequency of 3200MHz. The motherboard does support 3200MHz, but via overclocking (motherboard is an ASUS ROG Strix B350-F). Is it a safe overclock for a Ryzen 5 2600X system from 2666MHz (latest the mobo supports without overclock) to 3200MHz? Will the mobo even start my RAM from 2666MHz if that’s the highest it supports without overclock?
