I have no plans to upgrade my monitor to 1440p or further. I'm just sitting at 1080p planning to buy a GTX 1060, will it bottleneck in games at ultra on 1080p.
Games to be considered: PUBG, GTA V, Ghost Recon Wildlands, NFS payback, COBO2, CODBO3, CODAW, CODIW...etc
Pc specs: i5 4440S stock 2.8 GHz and turbo 3.3 GHz, 8 GB DDR3 1333 MHz RAM, GTX 1060 custom OC

I love bottleneck questions so I will reply to this one.
Bottleneck is the slowest part of the PC doing the task at hand. The best part is it can change between games from the CPU or GPU depending on the game. For other uses of the PC it can change depending on the task from the CPU, GPU, Memory, and Drive.

Their never been a PC built that don't have one and never will be. It's not like you have a old FX 4100 and buying a GTX 1080ti to run with it for gaming.

You have a decent processor and the GTX 1060 is a decent video card ENJOY life.

EDIT For gaming I guess it could also change from the CPU and video card to the memory and drive if you have a low amount of memory then it starts reading right off the drive like a memory leak would react.

I was lazy, the full name of the bottleneck medication is "VR Ready RGB Gaming Liquid Cooled dust filter".
and it really helps with the mousepad bottlenecking PSU XD
There is a more complete version, but i'd probably be banned again if I share it here.
