That red LED next to the CPU label states that either your CPU is faulty or MoBo can't connect to the CPU.
Most of the times, all that is needed to do is updating BIOS to the latest version. If that fails, re-seat the CPU and also look if there are any bent pins either on CPU or in MoBo socket. If all is in order and you still get that red LED next to the CPU label, RMA your CPU.
Though, do note that you need compatible CPU (Ryzen 1st gen, e.g R5 1400) in the MoBo, so you can access BIOS and update it. Rather than buying compatible CPU just to update the BIOS, take your PC to the PC repair shop and let them do the BIOS update.
