Reduced caps on the board...to reduce the cost of manufacturing the board.

Hey its out the context question but how do I know which board I have because I want to update its bios. My BIOS only says 970A-DS3P, and my bios version FA so I have given both links below which bios update should I use, kinda new to this bios update thing so need help.
