Hi.
Got a HP Envy 4520 printer, Windows 10 laptop. Was printing fine, but now won't print at all except for a test page.
Tried a hard reset (printer on, unplug, leave a minute, plug back in), tried off and back on (laptop and printer), tried resetting the wireless connection and tried scanning for issues. All seems to be connected fine and Wi-Fi is on.
Tried removing the printer from under printers, but it says removing and then remains. Tried uninstalling, but it gives an error about permission.
Haven't got the cable currently to try printing that way. Everything is up to date.
What is the issue and how can I fix it?
