Cant move, shoot, look around or do anything but alt + f4 or tab out in Battlefield 4

so I cant play bf4 because of some wierd bug where I cant move, shoot or look around. It is as if my keystrokes are not registering and same with my mouse. I have tried reinstalling repairing, unplugging mouse and keyboard and restarting my PC but I cant fix it. Has anybody else had the same or a simular problem and does anybody have any tips on how I can fix it?

First off make sure you are not running anything that messes with the input,like joystick emulators or remote controls with your joypad and so on.
Then the only thing left to do is to delete your profile (backup first if you want to keep it) and look if you can move with your new profile.

Are you playing single player or multiplayer? Think BF4 has a campaign, dont have it installed atm.

I am playing multiplayer and I tried in shooting test to see if it was something w multiplayerll but the shooting range did not work either
