I m planning to purchase ga b250m-ds3h mobo, pentium g4560 and 8gb ram . I want to know what should i purchase further samsung evo 250gb ssd or intel optane 16gb to increase overall performance of pc

I'd suggest the Samsung SSD but which model are we talking about? Samsung have a number of them in their portfolio.

Intel optane is generally a stop-gap measure until a full-flesh SSD can be acquired. Definitely grab the SSD.

If you have the budget for a Samsung SSD, go for that. Intel Optane is just a cache for your slow hard drive to make it faster.

Optane is a niche product. Just because it exists, does not mean it is good for every use case.
