I need a very good CPU for gaming.

Hi, I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this issue. I currently have a Gateway DX4870 with an i3 2130. I want to upgrade my CPU to something that will do very well gaming wise. Any suggestions?

https://ark.intel.com/products/52214/Intel-Core-i7-2600K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz is just about best for that socket. Only question is if your BIOS would allow it.
