External hard drive storage

I was using a external hard drive as a win10 installer and after I got done using it I formated it and it's way smaller now it use to be a 2tb and now it can only hold 31gb any way to fix

I used the Seagate backup plus portable drive 2tb and I used the windows formating

Did you read the instruction when you make the windows 10 installation? it remove everything make make 1 partition to hold the installation file only.

Delete the 31GBpartition and create a new one

Delete all existing partitions on it.
Reformat as NTFS. It is currently FAT32.
