Monitor/PSU/Keyboard not working properly

Hey ! Me and my friend bought used GPU (Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB) and PSU (550W 80+). We have replaced old parts and when computer boot strange things happened:
1.Monitor first start, but after 30-40 sec. turns off (No signal )
2.Keyboard is with RGB ligths. They turn on, but keys are not working. Mouse is alright
3.PSU starts and after few seconds his fan starts to work really fast (probably on 100%)
------ How can i solve the problem ? (I am sorry about my poor language skills)

That isn’t a requirement, that’s a recommendation. They have to account in inefficient systems with crappy power supplies, so it is common to see a recommendation way more than necessary.

550w is way more than enough. What to focus on is power supply quality.
