How to change cmos to bios on a and phenom II x6 1035t

How come each time I try to go to the bios the only option is cmos and as I go into cmos, It doesn't have any options like the bios...do I have to download a bios. I'm trying to overclock my computer but cmos was the only option and on it didn't have any options.I also have a DX4320 motherboard

That's an old gateway system the bios/cmos is locked down and has very few options. Overclocking options are very rare on OEM boards.

In short you won't be overclocking that setup.
