1060p 6gb or 1070p or 1070ti

Hey how does my list look? I need help deciding on a graphics card. I'll only be using the PC for gaming, editing and streaming. I won't be a full-time hardcore gamer as I am a student. My budget sticks to this list but I am not sure whether it is worth spending the extra $200 to upgrade from a 1060p to something better.

CPU: Intel i5 8600K 3.6GHz 6 Core
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z370-A
RAM: 16gb
SSD: 240gb
HDD: 1TB
Video Card: 1060p 6gb/1070p/1070ti
Power Supply: 600 watt

Depends on the monitor you'll be using. The 1060 is good for 1080p/60Hz. If the monitor is 1440p or greater than 60Hz refresh rate, then go with a 1070.

The monitor I am looking at is 75hz and 1080p. Am i all sweet to get 1070? if so, do I get 1070 or 1070 ti?
