I know its strange to ask for lowered internet speed instead for asking speeding it up
BUT, My TV bravia is stealing the internet connection compare to my pc which is directly connected to modem.
When I watch netflix on the TV, it concentrate all its speed to the TV as if its directly connected to modem but its not, Its connected to wifi

So what to change in my modem settings to decrease its speed? (see screenshot)

Make and model of your router? You should be able to ind the QoS(Quality of Service) option within your router which allows you to allocate bandwidth to each connected device.

I dont know the make and model of router as the ISP provide it to us already and I think there's no QoS or set mbps limit option in settings as far as i know

So im hoping to reduce wifi speed or buffering speed instead, I posted the screenshot of wifi settings. If you perhaps know its function, maybe you can help me reduce wifi buffering/speed?

There are no setting in the wifi that will limit the speed. Your internet connection must be rather small if netflix can use all the bandwidth. You pretty much are going to have to buy another router to place in front of the ISP router that has the ability to limit download rates to a fixed value.

It doesnt take all it can, it takes what it needs to have a good image quality at the display’s resolution. 1080p with surround is about 5mbps which is pretty small.

I play Battlefield 1 while the wife watches netflix and there’s no ping or bandwidth issues.

As stated above, it’s more likely poor internet service.
