Camera SD card error

I have a Nikon d70 camera with a 32gb sandisk flashcard, Camera says this card cannot be used! When I tried to download photos I took yesterday says item not found? Help I would like to save the photos? What do I do?

I would try using a program called PhotoRec as long as it supports the file type you shoot in. {Yes, even Raw is supported} but I have not had a lot of luck recovering from flashcards.
