Hello. lately have been experiencing Blue Screen of Death.Check RAM via memtest and it's working fine, then i check with HDD scan and i get few things on HDD and i'm not sure if can be something really bad or like that.I will show you graphs that i got after scan.If someone with more experience can tell me that would be nice.

Thanks in advance, and please explain to me if my HDD isn't working properly.
PS. i use SSD but it runs perfectly fine, unless this make it bad.

A mechanical drive will not have a sustained read or write level. They will degrade over time. To add, are you able to hear any clicking sound when your drive is operating? Does the BSOD come just after the click on your drive? At this point I'd suggest you first rule out that your software side of things aren't compromised. Make sure your drivers are up to date and that your motherboard BIOS is up to date as well.

Then run a repair install and see if the BSOD's stop. You didn't provide the error code for your BSOD, mind you.

I agree, it looks like bad/incompatible RAM or improper memory settings in BIOS. Test it with MemTest86 from a bootable USB flash drive. Let it run all night to see if it finds any errors.

Also, review your minidump files. If the errors are random, it's CPU, MB, or RAM. If it's constantly tripping over a device driver, either update the driver, or replace the hardware that it's communicating with; for example, the HDD.

Check the BSOD minidump files with BlueScreenView.

I will post picturea tomorrow. At work atm but i did run memtest. Made 8 passes and nothing. Drivers are up to date. Bought Driver Genius.give more info tomorrow. Thank you for your time

You have shrinked those images too much. Resolution is too low, they are not readable.

Can you read text in those screenshots yourself?

Was that the only BSOD event?

Typically there's more minidump files, one for each event. Unless of course you cleared them out manually or with a disk cleanup program or some such.

Without analyzing the the file myself, based on what little info is on the screenshot, the event looks like a random bit flip that tripped up the kernel itself.

Also, a corrupted pagefile can cause it as well. It's perfectly ok to delete just the pagefile.sys located at the root of C drive. Upon boot, Windows will just create a new one for you automatically.

You can delete it in recovery mode, or from a separate boot disk and then mount the drive. You can't be booted into Windows from the same drive and delete the file as it's locked an in use by the system. However can just temporarily set the Virtual Memory to "No Paging file", then reboot. Once rebooted, go ahead and set it back to "Automatically manage paging file for all drives" again. This will regenerate a new pagefile.sys.

Control Panel --> System and Security --> System --> Advanced system settings --> Advanced (tab) --> Performance (Settings button) --> Advanced (tab) --> Virtual memory (Change button)

Oh, yeah. There is a small link at the bottom, where you can download fullHD image. Didn't notice that.

Ok - what I see there, memory timings are too aggressive.
Ram has been set to operation at 2400mhz 15-15-15-39.
However best SPD entry is 2400mhz 18-17-17-39.

Increase ram latency timings in BIOS to ones seen in JEDEC #9 table. If BSOD issues persist, then increase latency settings to JEDEC #10, #11, #12.

Agreed!

The memory is spec-ed for CL=17, and it's running faster at CL=15. That will cause problems for sure.

Everything is on AUTO, After i change it,it wont boot.If you want i can take few pictures with my phone.Kinda spend 1 hour just trying to boot a pc. After 2nd failed attempt it give me option to fix it or it starts automatic repair(which fails). maybe i should get a windows 10 on USB and try to boot it with my USB after. What do you think?
