I5 8600k vs Ryzen 7 2700x vs I7 8700k

Hi, I am planning to build a pc for gaming and for productivity like making YouTube videos and video editing, so what CPU I pair with my GTX 1060 6GB? An I5 8600k, Ryzen 7 2700x or I7 8700K?

your real CPU choice ordered by price is:
1. i5-8400
2. ryzen 2600x
3. i7-8700 (non K)
4. ryzen 7 2700x
5. i7-8700K

the i5-8600K is pointless waste of money. i7-8700 (non K) will have better performance for the same price if you factor in MB and cooler.
any of those CPUs will be good for gaming with GTX 1060 or any other GPU.
as for the productivity/multitasking, I'd go with an 8 core CPU in 2018 (hint 2700x).
