It's my first time building a gaming pc but I'm not sure what parts to get. I already have a hard drive and a SSD, with windows 10 already installed, so that isn't necessary, I'm also willing to wait some time until gpu prices drop a bit. I'm going for a black and white theme, and maybe some custom cables. My budget is 1500 CAD, but I also need a monitor. Thanks in advance.

Something like this should be good...

Note: You need to reinstall Windows as the one you have does does not have the drivers for the new hardware you are going to fetch, and adding them extempore might give you compatibility issues.
