Getting data off old primary SSD boot drive plugged into different computer

This is the problem I'm having. I can't initialize it or change the drive letter or anything. Right click is just "help."
It has a lot of data on it. I need a tiny little text file from it that contains notes for my projects. It's on there but the PC it's from has a part being RMA'd so it's out of commission. I thought, well, I can't let that stop me. Let's unplug the SSD from the old PC, plug it into this other one, and get the file off of it.

Should have been no problem... but ran into this wall. Shows up in BIOS but can't do anything with it on windows 10. Please help.

It's "Disk 0 Partition 2." On my main PC it's my (C: ) drive, so I thought that might be the issue -- can't have 2 (C: ) drives. Stumped and google has no insights for me, just a lot of useless unrelated topics and unhelpful leads.

Windows 10 is touted as the most secure OS and it puts a security lock on it to prevent anyone from tampering with it on a different system. You can give this guide a try. FYI, I don't work for EASUS, I've worked with their apps in the past.

2nd FYI, don't tamper with the boot record or you're going to have to reinstall your OS and kiss all your data goodbye.

Thanks but I've already been to that guide and it says to right click and then select "initialize."
I can't because right click just gives me the option to click "Help."
I tried going to another one of the EASUS guides and they recommended right clicking and selecting 'change driver letter name'
But my right click only gives "Help."
As shown in image in the original thread post.

You can't change the C drive letter or initialize it from within the running C drive. At all.
The system is apparently booting off this 250GB drive, hence you can't manipulate it like that.

Thanks everyone. I followed your advice and didn't mess with it. I decided to try and boot from it and then e-mail the file to myself. I'm messaging you from the boot. I just finished e-mailing myself the text file. 3 KB. A lot of trouble over nothing. If anyone is reading this from a google search, I recommend you restart your computer, press F11 or F12 (to get into boot settings) select the drive you want the file(s) from, and then upload them so you can download them on your main PC.

I'm gonna go turn this machine off and unplug the drive to put it back into safekeeping. Thanks again to the three of you who responded...
