Yes, it is double sided, also when you read the product description from the linker you posted, you can read that like: This Memory Is High Density, Only Fit For Amd Motherboards, Not Compatible With All Intel Motherboards.

You need to buy the 4GB RAM has either 256MB x16 chips in single-sided or the 256MB X8 chips in double-sided.
Return it, and get other RAM. Try use the memory finder like http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/memory-info?cm_re=top-nav-_-flyout-memory-_-us-memory
