Yes it is compatible, but not the greatest PSU. Get a Seasonic or an EVGA PSU. They usually have good low end stuff.

EVGA actually doesn't have very good low end PSUs. Tom's review of the 450 B3 blew sparks. SeaSonic's FOCUS is good, but not exactly low end. SeaSonic's S12II/M12II lacks OverCurrent Protection. Corsair is actually doing it right on the budget-end right now with their CX Grey Label (2017). All the proper safety features and reliable components for low-moderate gaming systems.
