Bsod's and random restarts

I've had this pc for almost a year and have put HUNDREDS of hours into trying to get this piece of shit working properly

my pc
ryzen 1600 (3.2ghz)
16gb corsair vengeance 3000mhz ram (clocked at 2133)
msi tomahawk b350 motherboard
zotac geforce 1070 mini
256gb SSD
1tb HDD
Corsair CX 500 PSU

i have gotten the following BSOD's

System thread exception not handled
memory management
kmode exception not handled
faulty hardware corrupted page

I've gotten the following error codes in event viewer

Errors:
6008, 7000, 7009, 3, 1002, 8193, 8198, 10000, 10010, 10016, 10031

Warnings:
64, 134, 4, 360, 1014, 8303

also when i try to play games the screen will just randomly go black and then my computer restarts

i have tried the following

memtest86
crystal disk mark
tweaking.com's windows repair
reinstalled windows 10 multiple times
Reassembled the pc

all drivers/windows updates are up to date

I'm completely out of ideas PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have run the ram at both 2933 and 2666, I just put everything back to stock speeds to see if that was the problem

Do you have some spare RAM you could test?
I would try to set the UEFI back to optimized default and try to run the least aggressive XMP profile available.

unfortunately i don't have any more ram to test with and i did check the pins on my cpu when i installed it. but that was in june 2017.

ryzen wont do 3000mhz the closest it will do is 2933

I give up, this such a [watch your lauguage] headache. I have about a month left to RMA my PSU, CPU, MOBO and RAM. Im going to take it to a shop and if they can't fix it I'll RMA the whole goddamn thing
