hi to all
first of all sory for my bad english

my pc turned off when i was playing pubg for 10min
i was checking temps eveything was good (cpu was 60-62 and graphic card was 71c)
ram is tested and it is ok

i checked cpu under stress for 90min its good. never crash or shutdown temp was average 70

but when gpu and cpu going work totogether and both temp is still under 70 after several min pc shutting down without any warning or error

when its turned off, when i press the bottom to turn it on, just 100ms moment its going turn on then back to off.
after like 20min i can turn on the pc by reset cmos

i thing the problem is Power
what do you thing?

giga z97x gaming3
psu : cooler master 750w +80plus
ram 2x4gb g.skill cl10 2400mhz
gpu: gtx 970g1
CPU : i7 4790k

Solution
Something is causing your GPU (heat?) to go to 0% utilization and downclock itself a couple times while gaming. Not sure what's happening on your side when this occurs. Your CPU is still overclocking itself sometimes too. This could also be a power supply issue.
