That temp is warm but perfectly safe. As for fan curves I would use MSI Afterburner or EVGA PrecisionX to create a custom fan curve or pick a pre-made aggressive fan curve.

what issue? 78C is a little high, but i'd say fine, throttle is 94. GPU's run hot.

Hello...The Nvidia 1060 Graphics Chips are designed with at Top End of 94 Degrees Celsius. If you want to lower the temp. I'll tell you what I did on my MSI Armor 1060. Remove the Heatsink / Fans unit and replace the stock thermal paste with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and add Thermal Pads to the Video Ram & Power Chips. This dropped my temps by 11 degrees.
