Hi guys, I was thinking to upgrade my pc, does my motherboard Asus P8Z77-V fit any PCI Express NVMe Solid State Drives ? or just can be upgrade with SATA SSD?

according to asus specification for your motherboard : https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8Z77V/specifications/

your computer can support SATA SSD drives. Make sure you plug it in the 6GB/s port (listed above by colour)

Your motherboard doesn't have any M.2 ports.
Only way you could use M.2 NVME drive in your pc is with PCIE to M.2 adapter.
