Just got the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless. It was working just fine until I tried to install new firmware. The firmware update failed, leading to my headset not receiving anything. It was no longer recognized as a headset but instead as Avnera AV6302, which seems to be some sort of a bootloader mode. Also it is no longer paired with the transmitter and can't be paired again. I can't try to install the firmware update again since it does not recognize the headset. I would try to reset the headset but I do not know how to know that.

The solutions on that website are dependent on actually being able to start a firmware update.
Steelseries engine will not start a firmware update unless the device is connected via usb.
Because the headset is recognized as Avnera AV6302, the engine does not find it and I can't even begin the firmware update.
