Get a Ryzen 3 2200G or Ryzen 5 2400g as they allow you to play games now unlike the i5s iGPU. You can buy the gpu later and AM4 will be supported until 2020 so you can upgrade the cpu to a 6 or 8 core from a future generation if you want.

gtx 970 and RX 560 are miles apart in performance. GTX 970 is much more powerful than 560. 970 is roughly equal to gtx 1060.

for now, your build looks fine as your CPU has integerated graphics. However, when you think about adding a graphics card in the future, remember that 970 is not equal to 560.
