TN 1ms response time or IPS/VA 4ms and gsync ?

I have looked at Monitors recently, and saw that its almost impossible, if not impossible to get 1ms IPS/VA and Gsync... Also 27"+ screen size

I want to know if TN 1ms response time is better, or VA/IPS 4ms with Gsync is better.
And also i wanna know if VA/IPS 1ms with gsync exist
