Hello Everyone!
Last day I've had an issue with my Graphics Card - EVGA GTX 780 FTW Edition.
Everything was going pretty well and suddenly, when I just had my browser open and nothing was happening there in terms of graphical load, the display just went by itself. System restarted itself and I've had display normally again for couple minutes. then display disappeared again (black screen) and then It didn't return... GPU Fans are spinning btw...
I've not seen something like this for the whole time that I've been using my GPU. It's been probably 6 months.
There's one more detail - Last week it had a fan problem. They were running full speed because of some new drivers as i found in forums. I switched GPU in second BIOS and everything went really well.
After black screen, i tried another PCI-E Slot - No display.
i tried switching back in first BIOS - No Display
opened card, cleaned dust, applied new thermal paste - No Display
Then i put my old card (GTX 550Ti) in the same PCIe Slot and it gave me display without any problem!
So i think it's all about GPU...
PC Specifications:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-3770

I really need suggestions and I trust people from tom'sHARDWARE. Waiting for your answers, thanks!

If your screen went black while doing pretty much nothing and even though it's getting power, it could have just abruptly died. That wouldn't be all that surprising and especially since you have a different card working from the same PCIe slot when inserted. Given that the system then abruptly rebooted on its own, it may have caused a short surge when it died and the surge prompted a restart.

I'm not sure what the warranty window is on EVGA cards, but it might be worth contacting them or checking to see.

I went to the same conclusion at the end... I had no warranty for it, so... Thanks for answer!
