Solution
Issues that can occur or coincide with migrating systems to a new case:

1. PSU failure
2. BIOS corruption
3. Dead motherboard
4. PSU connection errors
5. RAM installation issues (if removed)
6. Front panel header connection errors
7. ElectroStatic Discharge damage

1. Not a problem (if it should happen) if your intention is to replace it.
2. If it should happen, a simple BIOS reset should take care of it.
3. Extra care and ESD protection should be observed to prevent the possibility
4. Make sure all connections are a snug fit
5. Leave the RAM alone and if you must remove it, be sure to re-install it properly
6. Make a front panel connections wiring diagram on paper to use as a guide when connecting the mobo to new case wiring...

7. If possible use an Anti Static Wrist Strap or frequently touch the case metal both when removing the components from the old case and when installing them on the new one.
