Locked FPS HELP!

i locked my fps at 224 when i was using ASUS GPU TWEAK II and now it wont let me change it when i try making a new profile it automatically goes back to 224 FPS and i deleted the program and re installed it still locked then i deleted it and it was still locked idk what to do please help

You can also try loading one of the default profiles. You can go to professional mode, select a new profile and then select default.

When you restart the PC (if you selected tweak to start Tweak at start up), Tweak will automatically load the last profile used.

i tried to delete it, the padlock icon is grey and still is locked. i also did delete it from my pc as well as the files and it is still locked, i even tried using the defaults and the fps changes to 224 even if i change it to 0 it goes back to 224

Don't delete it then, go to Windows "Programs and Features" and uninstall Asus Tweak from your computer. Then reinstall the Asus Tweak program. That will get rid of the whole thing. If you want even more security, do a hard boot to erase any loaded apps. (use the windows shutdown to turn off the PC, then turnoff the power supply, then unplug the power supply for 30 seconds or so. Then afterwards plug it back in and start it as normal.)

thank you both for your help i used the uninstall software you told me to use and it worked thank you guys!
