100% CPU & ram consumption

Today something strange started happening.
I was playing Battlefield 1& the Origin client started to behave strangely. It wasn't syncing online. So i restarted the computer & when i logged in to an account, all of a sudden there was 10% cpu & 100% ram consumption on startup. The computer was literally hanged. I couldn't do anything. Even the task manager wasn't responding. I saw multiple rundll32 running in task manager.
Can anyone tell me what's the issue ?!
Should i reinstall OS ?

I can't post screen shots as its completely blocking me from doing anything dute to 100% cpu & ram consumption. The computer hangs on logging into an account
I was able to see multiple rundll32 files running in task manager

it really worked man.
i scanned the C drive & there were 3 Trojan viruses with the highest severity in Microsoft Security Essentials.
when i restarted the system is working flawlessly.
once again, THANX man.
really appreciate it.
lets hope it doesn't give me other issues
