Random PC restart without BSOD

Hello,

apologies in advance for my English.
A little more than a year ago i build my new PC and worked completely fine until a couple of weeks ago.

It started out with just 1 random reboot during a game.
Didn't think much of it and everything worked fine after this. But now the PC starts to reboot randomly more often. Sometimes it's fine for a whole night, but it seems to be more frequent now. Sometimes in less than 30 minutes after starting up the PC.
Reboots also happen when the PC is just sitting idle, doing completely nothing.

I tried to do a memtest, but it even reboots during that.
Not at a certain point, but just randomly.
CPU Temp idle: 30c
GPU Temp idle: 45c
When gaming or editing it's around 55c and 65c.

Anyone any idea how i can check for errors or what might be the error?

Components:
Intel I7 6700K
Arctic Silver 5 paste
MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB Kit (2x8gb sticks)
EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0
EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 PSU

Thanks in advance!

I did try some overclocking when i finished building the PC, but i put everything back to default because i didn't feel it made much of a difference. At least, i think i put everything back to default.
I'm not near my PC at the moment so can't check. But i'm sure i put the BIOS and CPU back to default. GPU not 100% sure...

I'm at home now, and nothing is overclocked. Everything set to default. Temps are even CPU: 27c. GPU: 33C idle.

Short update: tried some different things.
I did a fumark test, nothing special.
Swapped the RAM sticks in a different slot.
No difference.
Tried playing a game to see if anything weird whould happen, and just before the PC was rebooting, i noticed some lag. Started with a little frame drop, and got worse to completely freezing for 1 second.
After that, random reboot again. I really don't know where to look for now!

Download open hardware monitor, run, log to file, play game. http://openhardwaremonitor.org/downloads/
When PC reboots go back in and check out the log file (it's a CSV file in same folder as exe). Hopefully you see something funny with the CPU/bus/GPU frequencies, or voltages, or something.

The CSV file is not really showing anything. It took a lot longer this time to make it reboot. Was playing DIRT Rally for an hour or so, no problems. Went to the supermarket and left the PC idle, came back, started up FIFA 18, no problem first, got out and restarted FIFA 18, and it reboots again. So it doesn't seem to matter what i do, it just happens at random moments.

In log i can find the same message happening by the way, it's in Dutch so is gonna be hard to translate this back.
Error - DistributedCOM - 10016

So, in the CSV file, all your frequency clocks and voltages were perfect right up until it rebooted? E.g. if you search through the history there's no downclocks happening to CPU, bus, of GPU?

Are you able to get your hands on another good power supply? Maybe even buy it and then return it after testing.

The CSV file is not showing me much, but as far as i can see everything should be fine.
12v rail is giving 12,34 volts.
No temp problems, and i tried many different things now, but still no solution.
Could it be something simple as the Extension Cord being faulty?
