I changed a setting in the BIOS, now my PC wont boot up!

I booted up my PC for the first time this morning, I have an ASUS Prime A320M-K motherboard, and I had a BIOS setup on my monitor. For some reason I was messing around with the settings and configurations and since that happened, my PC restarted but the BIOS screen never came on. All I get on my monitor now is 'no video available'. I have tried disconnecting all the cables related to the problem, removed the little lithium battery from the motherboard, waited 30 minutes for a supposed "CMOS Reset", and im getting nothing. What is the problem? Is it my graphics card? or the fact that I changed an unknown setting which has cause my PC to not function at all?

THere are typically jumpers on the motherboard to reset the BIOS... that is the first place to start. Removing the CMOS battery doesn't always do the job especially on modern BIOS. Check the MB manfufacture for the information or read the stupid manual.

You have to remove the battery, switch the PSU off then unplug PSU from wall then switch the PSU on and then hold power button for 30s~ and that should reset the cmos completley, and switch PSU off then plug the cable back into PSU and switch it on and try to power it again.

I have tried it. Thank you for your reply but unfortunately it hasn't worked, im starting to suspect the graphics card might have something to do with it. I will try another monitor to see if its the same but other than that im not sure what to do
