MOBO:GIGABYTE GA-B250M-D3H
Case: Deepcool TESSERACT SW RED
Ram:HyperX FURY - DDR4 - 8 GB
PSU:EVGA - 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
This is my first time building a pc.

Yes, it will work. But there are better options that you can avail, depending on your budget and location.
Also, change the PSU to a better quality like Corsair CX/CXM or Seasonic S12II/M12II.

Look for Intel i3 current gen quad core or similar Ryzen chips. Dual cores are a bit obsolete in 2018 going forward. A quad core might come a tad more expensive, but will perform way better and lat longer too.
