I have a Ryzen 1600 and i want to buy Corsair Vengeance LED 16GB DDR4-3000MHz (CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R). Is this ram compatible with any of those motherboards?
(microATX):
MSI B350M Mortar
MSI B350M Bazooka
Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 (rev. 1.0)

I searched in MB's website and in the GB One's i found this: CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R ver5.30, What is the ver5.30 how to recognize it while i buy those stuff from a retail shop?

Last but not least, will i be able to upgrade to add 2 more vengeance of the same serial no. to achieve the 32GB?

Thanks in advance

as long as you update BIOS to latest, all three should be fine, but I will probably pick bazooka.
Adding additional set may or may not work due to potential timing diff. What is your major usage? 16 gb is more than enough for quite a few years.

This will be a development build (Visual Studio 2017, Linux Servers on vm, Android emulators and much more ram hungry frameworks) so an update to 32gb will be a must. Adding another 2 same DIMMs will be a problem?

At first i thought for the Mortar cause it provides 2 PCIs. Is there any particular reason for picking the Bazooka? I would pick Bazooka in case others would fail on DIMMs

adding second set same model may work but also could be not working. Even same model, different batch may produce slight diff in timing. For Bazooka, mostly reviews. I own a MSI gaming pro, pretty happy with it. I am surprised why you use an mATX build for those productivity work and why not Ryzen 7? Have you got other components already? mATX can do the job but some lack good expandability like limited SATA ports.

I picked up r5 cause of budget and i am using a micro ATX because i like small cases. The slight diff in timing may cause performance issues or about 1ns differences that are so easily ignored?

timing issue may cause the 16gb not working with the first 16gb.
