My SSD and HDD is locked on usage, need help.

hello my SSD and HDD is locked in usage.
the SSD is on 40% at all given time.
and HDD on 51% at all time.
this info is from CPUID HWMonitor.

It is possible that is reading wrong, check task manager, the usages wont be exactly accurate but it will tell you if what your seeing on CPUID's HWMonitor is true or not.
