So I've been having PC reboot issues. Whenever my GPU is on max load, my PC randomly reboots. No warning, error screens, just nothing! So I took my computer to a computer shop and I told them my issues. They tell me either my PSU is not supplying enough wattage because I got a 550w model or something is wrong with my specific PSU, because they switched in a 750w PSU and they said my PC ran at max load on Furmark for an hour with no problems and consistently at 120FPS. I've had my PC for about a year now. Nothing has went wrong within that time period. I still play the same games and nothing ever happened until recently. So I assumed my PSU was just faulty. So I got an RMA from EVGA because my specific PSU has a 7 year warrenty (Woot!). I just got my replacement PSU and I decided to fire up Furmark again to see if the issue is fixed and I'm met with a reboot within loading up MSI Afterburner, not even Furmark.. My PC reboots and I load up Afterburner again and it opens up this time. About 15 minutes in, it reboots like nothing has changed. I go and check for a wattage calculator to see how much watts my PC needs. With all my parts entered, it takes about 322w and the recommendation is a 550w PSU (lol).

My Specs for my Strawberry Girl:
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200
GPU: MSI Nvida GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: MSI B350M Gaming Pro
RAM: RGB Trident Z 2x 8GB DDR4 (16GB of RAM in total)
Storage: 1TB Western Digital at 7200 RPM
PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 550w 80+ Gold

My exact PC components:

*None of my parts are overclocked, all stock clocks.
*Also I have generic peripherals.

1 & 2. I just figured out how to update my bios to the newest version, but I am finding it rather difficult on how to update my drivers.
3. Also I have scanned for my malware and viruses with Avast Free Antivirus.

You can just let Windows update the drivers automatically by going to "Control Panel > Device Manager", then right click each device and select "Update Driver Software...".

So I did as you said just now and everything is 'already using the best driver for your system'. I don't trust it. Because my latest mobo drivers are from 2017 and I just manually downloaded the zipped files for the newer drivers. So is there another way to do it?

Just download the latest drivers from your graphics card and motherboards product page and put them on your desktop. Then update the drivers the same way you did before, except instead of choosing "Search automatically for updated driver software", choose the second option "Browse my computer for driver software" and direct it to the appropriate driver on your desktop.

I have them downloaded, but the files are named differently than the drivers originally installed.

What are the 2 different names?

The only driver you really need is the one labeled amd_chipset_drivers_am4. Delete the others.
Extract the zip files into a folder and look for the "Run Setup" file. Just follow the on screen instructions. It should update your "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" in Device Manager.

Okay, everything is now up to date. I just wanna say thank you so much for your help and how fast your response have been. I really appreciate it! My computer seems to be working better than before. I just ran a Furmark test and left it running while I went out to eat. It did not crash after I came back and was still running. I would like to test my computer a bit more, but its finals week and I'm trying to finish strong for my semester. I'll update you later when I do actual tests on games. Anyways, thanks again man, I really appreciate your help!

So, I just now tested it playing games like Black Desert Online and Elder Scrolls Online and the problem still persists after updating the bios and mobo drivers... :/
