Mouse and audio stop working at the same time randomly

For the past few days my mouse and audio just ramdomly stop but my keyboard is fine. The only way I've found to fix it is by restarting my PC. I've had the same mouse and keyboard for several years and it still hasn't worked. I've tried updating drivers,virus scans and checking for broken files in CMD but nothing works.

If your mouse stops but your keyboard is fine, try switching USB ports and see if the keyboard stops working and the mouse is fine. In any case, my guess is the problem has something to do with your audio drivers.

I have a ASrock AB350 Pro 4, Ryzen 5 1600 and a ASUS GTX 1050 duel fan. I'm running windows 10.

Open "Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update > View update history" and see if there were any updates to Windows at the same time this problem started.
