I7 7700, gtx 1080 600 w psu enough?

Solution
650w is a safe bet.

That GTX 1080 is rated for 180w with a 500w PSU recommendation.

In theory, you should be ok. In reality, your PC will probably use 1/3rd less than what you expected. Ether way, it's never a good idea to push a PSU past 85% it's rated capacity for a prolonged period of time.

A modern UPS or Kill A Watt meter (link below) will tell you what the draw is.

Yes it will be enough. Though you may want to consider future upgrades. The time you intend to use the PSU (the longer you have it, the weaker it will be). And efficiency. I prefer to get at least 80+ Gold myself.

So... I dont have to change my psu?. I bought the psu in 2017. I never think pushing the system to oc

That PSU is for the most part garbage, I would get a better quality unit if you care about your PC.

No way would I recommend hooking up that PSU to those parts.

Something like:

Seasonic Focus Plus 650W

Corsair RMX 650W

EVGA G2 or G3 650W

And if i choose a gtx 1070, What do you think?

650W is enough.
I have a Leadex 650W which is the platform EVGA G2 uses running my R7 1700 OCd to 4GHz with a GTX 1080 OCd to 2GHz.
