PC Randomly Shutting off and back on by itself

I'll be playing a game or on my desktop and my PC will just instantly turn off. It's as if there was a power outage in my home but it was just my computer and then it turns on by itself 1 second later. I tried updating the drivers and looking into the Windows settings but I can't seem to find a way to fix it. It gets extremely annoying especially when I start and Overwatch game and it shuts down the second I get into a match and I lose 50 sr

i7-8700k
Corsair 650W P.S

Check CPU and GPU temps using MSI Afterburner - perhaps also run a stress test to ensure system stability. You can use AIDA64 and Prime95.

Please list full system specs, especially power supply. This issue could be caused by literally any part in your PC.

I looked at my temps and my gpu was arouund 70 and my cpu was around 50

Run those stress tests and keep an eye on the temps - the temps you are telling me are probably when the PC is idle, so they're not problem - the problem will be when the PC is under load.

Again, full system specs please.

That happened to me too. Turned out, CPU temp app had a 'max CPU temp action' set by default. Maybe that's why...
Also, do a PSU power calculation to find out if the system is more than 650W.
