Is a socket AM2 (Athlon64 X2) cooler compatible with intel 370 socket (pentium III)?

The mounting system for the two coolers is completely different, so no. 370 coolers mount directly to the socket whereas 754 - AM3+ (including AM2) use either the AMD clip or the holes, and the clip is not the same as the 370 socket cooler mount.
