I OC'd my 6600k to 4.5 ghz, i set a +0.12 offset vcore, and its unstable in a veird way. I keep getting windows bluescreens, but cinebench and bf1 runs fine for an hour. CPU-Z says vcore is at 1.3 when it should be at 1.32 (1.2+0.12) I have an asrock fatality z170 board. My previous oc with 4.2 ghz stock vcore was fine. Couldn't get 4.4 with stock vcore though.

if i remember it correctly, lvl1 llc is the highest one, and can over compensate the voltage, i would set the llc to level 2 or even level 3 and bump the voltage by 1~2 increment based on your testing. and give that a try. you want stability at both low load and high load,
what's your llc setting? was it on auto? i'm thinking that perhaps your voltage is too low for low loads, and when when you run loads, llc bumped it to reasonable voltage. i would increase voltage by 1 more increment and see if there is any improvements.

also try running the windows @ performance mode, as sometime the power saving feature will lower the voltage to a unstable level.
