ive had this mouse for about a week and the scroll right feels a lot harder to press than the scroll left , is that normal?

Would not expect so.
Perhaps some "breaking in" (more use) will resolve the difference.
Otherwise go visit a few "big box" stores or other locations where you can take a look at and feel the difference between scroll left and scroll right.
Or find a friend or family member with the same model.
The general idea is to be able to do some comparison "scrolls" to determine if your mouse is faulty or not.
