I am going to rebuild my pc. I need to purchase processor, mobo, ssd, psu. Plz tell appropriate components i can purchase to play latest games at atleast low settings. I already have a gt1030 gpu and 500gb hdd. My budget is INR 20k -23k.

Better gaming performance with the Intel build as the i3 8100 is more powerful than Ryzen 3 1200. Intel's single core performance will benefit you more than anything. Not sure about the SSD, though. You can always add it later when your funds allow it, and chose the best gaming option for now.

Note: You would need DDR4 memory with either build.
